Even though I am not in the Bay Area right now, I am still kind of steamed at Clear Channels lack of brain power , letting Laurie Roberts go was really not a great move on their part.

Although Laurie cannot join because she is still in contract with Clear Channel, I do show her all the posts and she is touched by the outpouring of love by all her friends and listeners!

It was my total pleasure to do my tiny part, Laurie was a favorite of mine growing up in the Bay Area, and she was totally awesome to lend some help in a project I was involved in for the troops so she will always have my total support. If there is anything else I can do please let me know!
I am an old college roommate of Laurie’s from the Chico days, now living in Los Angeles. I can’t believe she was laid off. What the hell is going on up there? Laurie is the last word in Classic Rock!
Please I hope this gets to Laurie…we should gather our old Chico buddies and go up to Chico for a well deserved good time at the infamous Oasis bar, which is still going strong after all these years! I’ll even stand on the table for you Laurie!
